Heart's Quest Valentine's Day Holiday Cards Challenge #1

Theme #1 recipe:

a. use heart shape or the word 'heart' or the word 'love'

b. use a doily

Competition starts April 28, 2022 at 12:30am Central Time USA/Chicago or 6:30am UK

and 

ends May 13, 2022 at 12:30 am Central Time USA/Chicago or 6:30 am UK. Adjust accordingly if you are in other time zones around the world.

Rules will be the same as the majority of Heart's Quest Challenge Blog. Read those on the side bar of the blog. 

Inspiration Project #1: "Americana Valentine's"--a slimline 4" x 8.5" white cardstock base with red heart doily; blue and white gingham paper is by Hot Off The Press; and the Americana print is a new item I found at Dollar Tree (yes, crafters!!! It's in the summer gear as hot dog holder!!! I think there are 16 thins in the pack for $1.25 plus tax!!!)=

the same red rubber stamp was used for both cards, not sure of manufacturer; purchased through the old Sum More Fun website/company

Inspiration Project #2: "The Heart Takes Flight"--the heart with wings is an old 2009 item!!! and the heart shaped doily was folded and has a center pleat to reduce the overall size and have the doily look a bit like angel wings=

Let's start a new trend of getting our Valentine's Day cards made throughout the year so we are ready to go. Competitions will be once per month. 10 will get made if you join for each and every challenge between April 28, 2022 and February 14, 2023!!! That's a great stash to have on hand for a special group of loved ones. I'm excited too. Joe and I have been declared honorary grandparents to a little girl named Aubrey. She gives me another reason to create greeting cards.
